PAC meeting minutes June 16th, 2017 and Financial statement

Dear parents,

On behalf of U-Hill Elementary PAC, I’d like to thank you all for making our AGM such a great event. Our meeting went very well and a smooth transition to a new PAC executive team took place. Please find the minutes and the financial statement attached.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your tremendous contributions to U-Hill Elementary. Special thanks to previous PACs, my former partners Ofira and Oraz, and my current partners Ling and Jenny. I am also thankful to Allison, Aaron, Liron, Kathleen, Manoosh, Alicia, Nancy among many other wonderful parents for their extensive support over years. I cannot thank enough Mrs. Valerie Coopersmith, the principal, for her unlimited support, our amazing teachers, and staff.

Our PAC would like to extend a kind invitation to all parents to get engaged in various PAC activities which are directed toward nurturing our kids.

Kindly advising that the only official routes of communications with our parents occurs through:

Our AGM will take place tomorrow, Friday June 16th, 8:30 am Rm#101. Voting process and nomination form are previously posted on our blog (and attached to this post).

This is a kind reminder that our next PAC Meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 16th, 2017, 8:30 am-9:30 am Rm#101.

During this meeting nominations for the 2017-2018 PAC will be put forward, so please ensure you attend if you are interested in participating in the PAC next year.

Available Executive positions for nomination: Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary.
